    Would add Val but he's too unrealistic so left him out.

    Ideally want someone with EFL experience and ideally a promotion on the CV. Someone that can organize a defense and with a nous at bringing players in and crucially player development.

    The big one at the moment though is making sure they can make us defend set pieces.......
