    All you have to do is look at Sheff Utd.
    They got promoted and kept their team together. The confidence flow keeps going.
    Yes I know Prem money helps but that aside the team is not broken up.
    Then look at us, we get promoted and the mainstays are taken out. And guess what, we fall apart.
    And it will keep happening.

    I take no pleasure at all in saying it but this is the least competitive team we've had in a generation for the league we're in. Not the worst team, we had some poor sides in the old 4th division days but imo certainly the one least able to compete in the league it's in.

    Agree with this entirely. I'm sure we had worse teams back in the day, but I'm 47 years old, I've been watching since '77, 42 years, and this is the most ill-equipped team for the level we're playing in all that time. There have been teams I've liked a lot less because they contained players who simply didn't care and I wouldn't level that at this lot, but I can't see a win coming because even when we play well and the opposition don't we still lose as we have no idea how to defend.
