    That may be what it says but the practice is different. If places are selling things then people will go and buy them.
    Think about the shops that are closed and classed as not essential. Argos for example, they offer click and collect. But by definition of being shut they aren't essential. So I can order things to collect but it's not allowed for me to actually leave the home and collect them?
    So the regulations are telling me I can't do something but also telling shops they can do it. Its utter nonsense in reality.

    You could combine it with something else, so if you took your exercise as a walk through town and picked up your click and collect that's ok. You shouldn't be only leaving your house to get the click and collect though.

    I understand that you could do that, my point is that most wouldn't. I think it would be naive to think people would go to those lengths.

    I really worry about the nature of this sort of policing.
