Is he though? I didn't think they were particularly impressive the season they went up, and we have some real quality throughout the squad.
I think it’s more subtle than that Red. I reckon the system is everything and as such, doesn’t need particularly good players to work. My thoughts are that it might have the effect of dragging ‘better’ players down to its level. And I hope it does!
Don’t think fitness will be a problem after all West Brom have just dropped out of the Prem, if he uses the same coaching methods he used at Oakwell all the pressure will come from their supporters
It will be interesting to see what his alternatives are because for me the better sides had sussed us. Where he is now he has to get the players playing to his style and winning because their fans won’t be as patient and understanding as ours are/ were.
People say that and we still managed to beat a few of the top six - Swansea did a job on us admittedly but we did turn over the team that beat them

And to be honest, it wasn’t just the aimless hoofs that didn’t find team mates last season. He also says he’ll look at the squad before deciding what players need to be brought in. No doubt we’ll be the first shop he goes to.
Why would he change? He came to a new country and took the league by storm using those tactics with a team who were tipped for relegation. Just think what he can do with a team tipped for promotion… I do think he’ll need some more fit, quick Barnsley lads to get the ethos of the West Brom team correct.
