    3/4 signings no radical changes a decent manager who plays to the strengths of the players we have and is able to motivate and manage properly.

    League 1 May just let Ben Williams, Matty Woolfe, Victor Adebadajo, Jacob Brown, Dylan Mottley-Henry and Jared Bird get some first team minutes under their belt.

    We shouldn't be rewarding failure by giving them another chance. We should have a fresh start. If we stick with this lot they will have 1-2 years left on their contracts. If they do well bigger clubs will want them, they won't sign new contracts with us and we will either lose them for nothing last summer or on the cheap with 12-18 months left on their deals. We would run the risk of another successful team being ripped apart, getting promoted and trying to gel a brand new squad of players.

    At least if we completely change the squad and they are a sucess, most of them will have a strong two years left on their contracts if we go straight back up and so we would be in a better position.
