There's evidence available to support both sides of the argument. My wife and I basically eat the same. I definitely exercise a lot more than she does. She's minute, I'm on the stocky side. If l didn't exercise and ate *****, I'd be the size of a house. Quite a flabby house.
Yeah there's more to it than just calories and exercise- I'm like a rake and eat like a pig Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
He's different to the average man on the street though because he earns (or did earn) **** loads more than the average man on the street so can take his career much more seriously in the sense that he can pay for a nutritionist, he can pay more money for quality food. Footballers also don't do a full working day like the average man on the street so they have much more time to prepare meals. I know of boxers earning a lot less than what Barnsley players do who have nutritionists & are careful about what they eat. There's really no excuse for a championship / league one professional footballer to not have a proper diet.
I burn 25,000 calories a week cycling, and consume around 20,000. Then once a fortnight I go to Redfearns and it all goes t1ts-up from there.
