So the f.a turn a blind eye to 300+ millwall attacking family's at wembley and take no action. And after their play off semi last season dozens invade the pitch against bradford one supporter even kicking the ball while in play then after the final Wistle 100s of them run to the away end to goad the bradford fans......NO FINE OR ACTION BY THE FA

At oakwell one pissed up idiot runs at the 3k villa fans gets tackled and we get a massive fine ....SEEMS FAIR

 

It doesn't appear that fines are levied for such 'minor' infringements. But if it was my business i'd tell everyone they were (cos i naturally wouldn't want it to happen). A lot of the violence at the villa/ birmingham match came after the final whistle: they were fined ( but not a large amount considering the revenues): Fleetwood were not fined for our significantly numbered pitch invasion after the final whistle ( good natured). It's all contextual.

 

Well no we probably won't get a fine: the rules are full of contradictions.

 

I don't think we will either it was one idiot who will probley have a long ban and a fine to pay now.

 

There were at least 3 idiots. One ran at the villa fans, the others were quickly caught by stewards after getting on the pitch

Wednesday other week about a dozen were on pitch when they scored late on against bristol city .... NO ACTION

 

Just had a look on the FA website: no club up to now in september appear to have been charged over pitch invasions ( yet i have seen many incidents when a fan or 2 or 3 or 4 have jumped onto the pitch in celebration when their team has scored on the highlights ). The only disciplinary investigations and outcomes i have found have been significant ones (3 000 on pitch at preston after they beat chesterfield and a chesterfield player was assaulted for example.
