    I just took that to mean a person with no personal interest/affiliation in the club or area.... in which case it kind of does make a difference as to a question of what his motives/driver of owning the club actually are.

    Our foreign investors are interested in developing a business portfolio to make money, raise their profile in the wider the wider business community, and possibly as a rich persons play thing... (in my opinion)

    That club is gonna do a rangers but its gonna hit them harder. Wish it on no club though! Just enjoy watching them lose nothing else
