    ‘ Ovrerachiving’ can you explain what that means? Is it archiving stuff too early while you may need to reference it again?

    The thread is a reaction to a comment on tv where an opinion was aired that Heckingbottom had overachieved. It’s an opinion I agree with. As do you as you stated previously.

    When he said that,my reaction was "how would he know "? Barnsley fc are only 3 seasons into a new way of working,a way which other clubs are now following.I didn't realise it was DC as he's shaved his beard off; but he came across as a conceited arrogant person,Who thought he knew everything. In other words just like every other young English coach,and what's with the tight jumpers they all wear?

    Ah right, well that’s obviously wrong given our history.

    We’re kind of in no mans land, big budget for league one, tiny budget for championship

    There you go again putting word in what I said. I said if we are living within our means on our gates we probley a yoyo team from league one to championship. But we spent more in the past two Windows than many in this league. I wouldn't say he has over achived this season. Start of last season to Jan maybe.

    He should have done better with the players he bought. Not massively, but the fact is the results were getting worse as the season went on.
