Under Article 75 - have we a legal right of a refund for a season ticket ?

He clearly asked if the club had falsely claimed they’d sign 3 or 4 players and asked if that meant we had a legal claim for a refund.

My response summises that he is asking if he can have a refund if the club don’t sign the number of players he wants. What is the difference?

I’d argue it does acknowledge his argument - although the initial language I used made it ambiguous as to what I meant so I did change it, well before your quote though.

I went on to state what you can see in subsequent posts, re not getting a refund this season but it affecting sales for next season if they don’t sign anybody.
