    SERGIO BATISTA - (Argentina) -- brought up in Patagonia

    When South Wales was being industrialised in the C19 a group of Welsh people migrated to Patagonia in Southern Argentina and set up a Welsh community there to protect the Welsh Language and culture. Now the peoples of Patagonia are bilingual - Welsh and Spanish - there are Welsh schools and colleges there.
