Surely you would think in the refs mind it would be best to double check major decisions like that. At least then they can then be sure in their mind with the decision and stand behind it. Still think it’s the communications that we need to hear when they review or decide not to for whatever reason they deem fit. He basically guessed on 2 decisions and VAR doesn’t have are you totally sure about that. What would it have taken him 30 secs to a min for each incident?
