Best thing I found to keep slim is to watch portion sizes. I don’t exclude anything from my diet, I’d never ever stick to it, so I just eat small amounts of what I do eat. You know those serving size suggestions they put on everything by the little traffic light boxes on packaging? Stick to them. I used to laugh my head off at them when I used to see them - 1/8 of a cake? 110g chips? 3 fishfingers? 4 jelly babies? etc. Then I decided to give them a go (literally weighed out food to get it right) and after only a few weeks it was second nature. I actually struggle to let myself eat more now. Will was doing it too but as the amounts are based on the female daily allowances he got too thin so he’s had to up his again so just add a sensible amount to what it says on the pack (that’s not an excuse to just have as much as you want!) Another thing I did before that was purposely put some of the food back in the pack, so I’d pour out the amounts of rice or oven chips etc. that I would usually have and then I’d put a small amount back. I’d never notice it when eating and I felt psychologically better about it. After a while, you’ll be pouring out your new amount and putting a bit of that back until you get to a healthy amount but it’s been gradual so you don’t mind.
Fitting for us all at the moment. Just confusing. Are you supposed to come home at the earliest opportunity?

Italy today announced their highest number of infections yet of 16,079 which broke the one day old record of 15,199. France broke their all time covid infection record today with 41,622. They have a 9 pm until 6 am curfew when most of the country are at home anyway so it won't make much difference. Obviously countries are testing more but nowhere in Europe more than us. People need to be traced a lot quicker over here so possibly infected people are isolated faster. https://kirkleestogether.co.uk/2020...circumstances-kirklees-cross-party-statement/ https://public.tableau.com/profile/...oronaviruscasesKirklees/PublicFacingDashboard National press have us in Kirklees always mentioned as probably going in to tier 3, so it was good to read above our MPs from both Conservatives and Labour agreeing it shouldn't happen. We are having over 8000 tests done a day now which is much more than say a month ago and cases are leveling off. We've a mobile testing site walking distance from the local university that every town in the area should have in easy reach. The plan for the government has to be to do all it can to make sure as many places as possible can enjoy christmas the best they can under the circumstances, by getting them to tier 1.
https://www.examinerlive.co.uk/news/dan-jarvis-qa-your-questions-19150159 Confidence in Dan Jarvis is going to lower after reading that. Only got half the money they need and no idea how to get from tier 3.
