It’s a daft tactic. We never get it to midfield and just hoof it long and turn over possession. Millwall have stopped pushing onto us now too. Just wait for the hoof.
It’s absolutely pointless just proved again. Should just put it long and take our chances up the pitch.
The mystifying thing is that it never benefits us. If it was a high risk tactic that gave up safety at the back in return for more chances to score then fair enough, but at the moment it seems like the best case scenario is that we end up in the same position as if we'd just sent it long. The less said about the worst case scenario the better.
