    He takes some stopping.

The only time I’ve ever seen him completely beaten was when Fury battered him into oblivion, and his corner pulled him out.

Good scrap, but hugely one-sided tonight. Parker a level above.

Sounds similar to my evening. I took an Uber over to Oakland and Alameda to visit a couple of brewpubs in the afternoon. I decided to take the ferry back and walk home.

I picked a Chinese takeaway up on the way and the lady who owns the place always gives me a little something extra. This time it was a bottle of Tsing Tao.

Is Oakland a city? I got the greyhound up from LA to SF in 2006 and we stopped off in Oakland. I don't remember much about it though, just a stop off just before getting to San Fran. I loved SF but only there a couple of says. Amoeba records was an experience, and Kings Canyon/Seqouia afterwards was a real treat. I was lucky in that two of my friends who I travelled that leg of my journey with rented a car. We then made the long drive back to LA.

Yes it is a city. It is on the opposite side of the Bay Bridge from San Francisco.

It's an idyllic laidback little place: With a crime rate of 65 per one thousand residents, Oakland has one of the highest crime rates in America compared to all communities of all sizes - from the smallest towns to the very largest cities. One's chance of becoming a victim of either violent or property crime here is one in 15.
