Personally I don't think it matters one bit if Woodrow stays or goes. What makes a difference here is whether he tries or not. His workrate this season has been absolutely appalling and that's the main reason for his failure not everyone else
Woodrow needs to go. He’s on huge money that we can’t afford to pay in league one. If anybody will take his wages we’ll not be after much of a transfer fee. Higgy’s right in the sense that you have to build round Woodrow to get the best out of him. Morris for example can play as a lone striker, in a pair, on the left (mainly) of a front 3. Woodrow’s a brilliant finisher but it takes a lot of effort & work by his team mates to get him in the positions to score. With his wages you could fund at least 3 if not 4 first team squad players or in all likelihood help replace the drop in revenue.
Would have no problem with Woodrow leaving. Been a good servant, but he’s been well off it for quite a while and he’s on big money. Happy for him to stay, but wouldn’t be ar$ed if he didn’t. Morris would be a beast for us in L1. Can’t see him staying though.
