    Last season, I thought that it was Bristol Rovers who had strengthened very well with a number of quality imports - and they got relegated. Rotherham seemed to get everyone going and look where they ended up. Bringing in players doesn't mean the team will do well. They have to gel as a team and develop that corporate winning mentality first and it doesn't always happen with a team of new players.

    Bringing in loads of players of the “wrong” sort is counterproductive. I think Conor has got it right so I fully expect a good season. Maybe even a promotion season.
