See if your of that opinion should we lose a player or 2 through injury or suspension in these last 2 league games. Hopefully we won’t, but wouldn’t surprise me if we see lots of threads on here saying how silly it was to risk them

The beauty of it for me is that I will have total faith in however Big Val decides to approach the next 2 games.

it’s not as if we are tactically trying to avoid any of the other play-off sides in the hope of an easier semi-final. Down that route lies disaster.

Let the others worry about us and leave everything else in the hands of the bloke who got us here.

Blood those knocking on 1st team door all day long for me ...give the lads a rest why risk getting injured....we are on the beach for 2 games...nothing to loose so makes sense..that would be my advice .if we do go up I can see there being a little bit of a cull in certain areas ....

I'm the same as you. In fact the squad players will be hungry to show what they can do. Subconsciously, when you've got a chance of Wembley coming up, there's always the chance that a regular would take it easy. I remember reaching a final when I used to play and the game the week before it we were garbage. Players didn't go in for full blooded tackles for fear of injury/booking so took the foot off the gas. We played it like a friendly and lost. Week after we were well up for it and won the final. Give em a rest and they'll be raring to go in the play offs.

Personally, I’d get Jack Walton match sharp. :)
