    I'd love to hear the reasons why they put in these performances at Oakwell but less often away. Whatever they are, they've clearly not been addressed in the close season.

    We will never achieve anything while mdg and earl play in our 11, whether at centre half or full back they are just not good enough, can't remember who I was arguing with a year ago about earl but I could see it then and it hasn't changed.

    Also where are these exciting wingers what hourihane wanted to play with?

    It was given against McGoldrick and he did complain. It seemed to be an accidental coming together in the box which didn't prevent anything. What got me was none of their players seem to be claiming a penalty and it was given out of the blue.

    Josh Earl is absolutely shocking. Hopeful punt, 5 red shirts round one player and he drags him back to get booked. That’s a big indicator of how confident he is in his ability. This defence is worse than last season. Big worry.

    Don’t think I’m coming for a whlle. Absolutely ***** from front to back. Not one of the new players looks any better than what we had previously. Ogbeta was better out of the team tbh. Unless something miraculous happens this game is lost and tbh I reckon burton will score again yet.
