    By default FFP should create this but because it doesn’t get enforced it don’t exist.
    Said for long time the same and every club should be forced to spend a % of their TV revenue on local community projects.
    Never happen though

    There's one thing that the Americans are doing right, and they're miles ahead of you folks in that. But for as long as money keeps flowing into the FA bank accounts, nothing will change.

    Listened to an interesting podcast by Freakonomics about our football vs their american football, must admit there's seems like a decent model and it really is down to the best coaching, scouting etc rather than chucking money at it.
