Feeling sorry for them? No, this is football, there are winners and losers, they lost, the amount of stick and **** taking they doled out means they’re going to get some back. It’s nearly as funny as Leeds in the second leg of their semi final.
Think the arrogance of a lot of them killed any chance of sympathy, loads of snide comments about ‘teams like Barnsley’ and seemingly thinking they could have ripped any player off us at will
They didn’t score a single goal in a Wembley final though. That’s pretty poor. It seems harsh because it was in the last second but they’d already conceded once and failed to score themselves so seems fair to me.
Well my friend I am genuinely sorry for you. When you say 'they', who do you mean exactly? The clowns on their forum who are more concerned with the demise of other clubs than the fortunes of their own club. We have many of their ilk amongst our own, a bit like you. The ones who delight in the demise of Leeds, Wednesday, Blades and Donny Rovers. The majority of fans in the main are decent followers who show more enthusiasm for their team than the downfall of others.
Be sorry for me too, then, in that case. I love it when the deedars, Leeds, Millwall, Birmingham and, of late, Sunderland, fail. I like to think of their misery. Get in.
