No they didn’t. I was there. And after they left - the doormen said the Stoke fans were fine - it was the police wanting them to move further down towards the ground that caused a bit of a palaver. Loads of Barnsley fans along Wellington Street pubs but I didn’t see one punch thrown. Just a bit of gesturing that’s all. The same bunch then went to the Silkstone - and then ran across the roundabout to the Manx. The police then marched them passed the corner of the Ponty - there were a few verbals going off but nothing else.
Well we tried getting in the Corner pin just after they moved all the Stoke fans out of there and the doorman said they'd had to close to clean it up.
They made plenty of noise all afternoon, no doubt the appointment of O’Neil & the early goal helped with that
Yeah what a hole that place is. The group of six had two main ring leaders a ginger haired lad and a lad with a man bun and multi coloured jacket on. I think they were looking for someone to step up to them the idiots.
