Israel has every right to defend itself, what it doesn't have a right to do is commit unspeakable war crimes and genocide which it has done. They've now gone after Iran who are retaliating but yet Israel is playing the victim You dare say anything and you get the anti semitic bull **** thrown back at you. Netanyahu and his cronies needs bullets in the head.

Iran has been ‘months’ away from having nuclear weapons for as long as I’ve been breathing. In a similar way that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction that meant Britain was ‘45 minutes from doom’, according to Tony Blair’s media machine at the time. Just yesterday, the media didn’t push back on false claims that Iran had weapons that could reach the UK.

    Basically, I’ve seen this before.

I just stick to the facts that are out there for us mere mortals. And Iran is a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). Israel is not. Alongside India, Pakistan and North Korea. Since it’s not a party to the NPT, it avoids the legal scrutiny that Iran, for instance, faces. The genocidal state operates with completely unique freedom, due not to the absence of international law, but to the lack of enforcement, Western protection, and a global power structure that prioritises strategic alliances over accountability. Money before morals. Warfare over welfare.

Netanyahu is a war criminal. As are the leaders of all nations supporting the Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people.

But so was Blair, who then went on to make millions offering political consulting and strategic advice to governments and corporations — including authoritarian regimes. Clients reportedly including banks, oil companies, and governments across the Middle East and Central Asia, profiting from relationships with repressive regimes, while promoting ‘democracy’ elsewhere.

A horrible ķùnt of a bloke. As they all are. Pretending to be in service of the working people while taking the country into Middle Eastern nations, murdering Muslims in the name of peace. Which ensures the wars continue for decades, incites terrorism, makes more money for the wealthy and - less importantly but more keenly felt - sees us mere mortals paying more at the pump and at the supermarket tills.

This isn’t a Labour dig though. If that divvy Badenoch was PM, or, as we are likely to see in a few years, Farage, they’d too be in support of ‘our friends’ in Israel. It’s a big old club, you see. It’s why the previous Labour leader was never going to be allowed to succeed.

    Vote Green.

Israel murders thousands of palestinians every year since long before october 2023. Why pretend that was the start and justifies anything Israel does?

Only if you're not bothered about having a semblance of free healthcare or any sort of workers' rights.

Not once did I refer to Iranian leaders, nor offer them or the nation support/defence. However, I’m fully aware of them failing to comply with their JCPOA obligations. They did so, following the US’s withdrawal from the agreement and Trump reimposing sanctions on the country, crippling its economy.

I don’t believe in nuclear weapons. But if the UK can have them, if Israel can have them (without signing the NPT) why shouldn’t any other nation have their own?
