    They went in administration which they can't take away so to me they can't take away the 12 point deduction they are down. End of matter

    Given he converted an interest free loan to one with high rates, I’d say it’s fair to say he knew

    Makes no difference whose fault it is or the reason for going into admin. The fact is there is a 12 point deduction for going into administraion. the owners and club officials knew this and still put them into admin. If they could manage their finances fine and had no reason to go into admin then its their own stupid fault they have gone down

    Paul cook didnt seem confident in wigan overturning it. I dont think the efl will over turn it. 1 wigan have overspent for years. 2. The efl would look daft if they did overturn it. 3 it would open a can of worms for future clubs who went in admin

    Independent tribunal. Thats what worries me and makes me wonder why everyone seems to be so confident. These types of hearing are notorious for overturning or softening so-called mandatory punishments.

    And of course the EFL can wring its hands and say "Not me guv"
