    Agree with the tea, I have mine in a huge mug, 2 teabags, 3 hefty spoons of sugar, leave to stew for a good 5 minutes, then stir it as well, squeeze teabags for every last dreg-then a splash of milk.
    The tea has to be almost a red colour. Proper builder's tea.
