    Schmidt’s done nothing to deserve a chance. Come on. If you came on for twenty minutes in a critical game it’s carte blanche to run your ballocks off, make a nuisance of yourself, cause problems, hurt people, get involved and he just hides. How on Earth can you play 20 minutes in a professional football match and not touch the ball. I’m sorry, but that’s not possible unless you’re hiding.

    I'm not one for dragging up the past, although I've made reference to his critics in another thread, without mentioning names. :)
    If we survive, it'll be a team effort, but Schmidt's goals will have played no small part in it.
