    Shouldn't be punished, but the outbreaks within the club should be investigated to see if they can get an idea of where people are catching it (or where people they live with catch it). If I worked for, or owned a business that was experiencing outbreaks far more frequently than similar businesses down the road, I'd want to know why that is, just for people's safety.

    If it does turn out that the issue is within the club, then they'd be punished.
