Me too O'Sullivan gone to pieces winning frame to get to 9 might be pivotal. POTentially 9-8 good nights sleep, morning jog, sort head out.
I'm a big Ronnie O'Sullivan fan, but also like how Kyren Wilson plays. Great sympathy that thus far in this final, nothing has seemed to go right for him. All he can do is up his concentration levels and live to fight another day, as it appears he's gifting the 2020 title to Ronnie.
Ronnie hardly had to work for this, played the percentages kept him away the table. Wilson's game is shot, maybe he thought after last night's comeback he was in with a chance. Ronnie was the worst I've ever seen him last night, he rarely is that bad.
After the gripping semi finals I suppose it's no surprise the final is a bit of an anti climax. Looks like I may only see 1 frame of snooker tonight!!
That's a shame Helen. Before the start of today's play, when asked to tip his winner, Alan McManus said he was backing Kyren to win 18-17. After his fightback yesterday that was a reasonable shout, but as you and us TV viewers have seen first hand his game has really gone to pieces and with some of the easier shots he's missed, he's probably made winning his sixth title a tad too easy for Ronnie.
Oh well, I'll.see the trophy lifted anyway. That's the trouble with sport, pot luck unless you go to every single match. Still gutted I missed the Anfield match when we were in the Premiership!!
Wilson had his chance last night but Ronnie somehow got in 10-7 when he’d played a shocking session of snooker but today O’Sullivan had the que ball on a piece of string and was close to his best
Couple of times this afternoon he got in amongst the reds and threatened a big break. He played it safe and took what was on offer which to any class wins frames usely, fact he needs 1 more and its Ronnie. He probably do in record time and belly ache about his cueing action again.
Going to be hard for Wilson tonight, turning up just to lose then a good chance he will have to listen to some nonsense from O'Sullivan about how poor he is playing.
Anybody notice that there is a distinct lack of coughing from the audience... there’s usually somebody hacking up some phlem.... but not anymore. It’s silent!
I agree with Steve Davis. All that will happen this evening is Kyren will step out tonight and simply "wait to be beaten." He's unfortunately given himself too much to do and there's no way he's going to win ten games on the spin and deny Ronnie the £500,00 first prize and the title of Betfred World Champion. imagine getting tickets for last session and your going home 10 minutes later, when Ronnie clears up in one visit
That was me!! I dont care though, we were offered a refund but i was there to see history being made!
