    Re the last paragraph, on the other hand, if Plymouth lose at Morecambe they could do a Wednesday and go into freefall. A Plymouth loss at Morecambe would be less of a surprise than Wednesday's loss at Forest Green. At the risk of stating the obvious, we can all do no more than guess what might happen. I had more or less given up hope of automatic promotion after the defeat at Exeter, but Wednesday's further slip at home to Lincoln, together with our very big win, has rekindled hopes that we may do it after all. If we do finish in the top two, I am expecting Ipswich to be there with us.
