    Very unwelcome - usually any managers or scouts sit in the directors box between our directors and the opposition ones
    guessing Grayson would have been welcome but not Risdale. Wonder if he will be allowed in when we play them at home later in the season. Bet its a bit frosty in the directors box in Preston in a few games time - or will Patrick stay away

    He is banned from the directors box at oakwell. Has been since he left and went to cardiff.

    Believe it or not he's done a fantastic job since coming into the club in 2011.

    We're much stronger both on and off the pitch since he arrived.

    He's actually banned from chairman/directorships at the moment but works for the club under the title of 'adviser to the owner' Trevor Hemmings.
