That's what he just posted so I don't understand what you mean. The 'EU freedom of movement law' allows you 3 months and to stay longer you need to fit one of the criteria that Scoff just posted. If you don't it's completely up to the individual country what they do; Britain lets them stay, other EU countries do a mixture of letting them stay longer or kicking them straight out, depending on whatever that country wishes. As Scoff also said, we have had a Conservative government for the last 10 years so if you have seen a greater influx over that time then it is there you need to direct your ire.
