    No but I think he's a **** and hoped to hear some dirt ( not in a homophobic way). But him being gay would dispense with his broad Lancashire hot pot image.

    Never met him but I know a couple of people who have and they say he's a sound bloke. I've no doubt he's a **** comedian but he's made a decent career out of being Peter Kay's mate

    Personally I haven’t got a problem with him and like him on Top Gear.
    Only seen his stand up once, which was absolutely terrible and he was also very wooden in his early years of acting. I do think he has steadily improved over the years though.
    He’ll never be brilliant but he’s OK

    No it doesn't Jordy! He's decent as a comedian and is part of a vast improvement on Top Gear.

    Ian's only taken agin him because he's a Celtic man.:p He'd do the same with Connoly but, well, you just can't, can you.:D

    Rubbish. I just find him irritating and unfunny.
    But now you mention the C word. I did not know of his liking of them. So another reason not to like him.
