    Are you in Crohn's Club? First rule of Crohn's Club - always know where the nearest pub or McDonalds is. The lockdown is a nightmare, the number of runs I've been on where I've come within a hair's breadth of doing a Paula Radcliffe.

    Before I was diagnosed I had a very unfortunate incident at the point of sexual release. It was not my finest hour.
