    No I’ve never said that. The whole first two pages were people saying we should sign more centre backs. I’m saying we’ve already got 6 & Williams that can play there. You aren’t going to stack & stack players in one position who will only ever play in an emergency.

    Totally agree, that's why we need to be selective with signings, I'm all for signing potential but they need to be layered behind instant impact signings if we are serious about promotion.

    Thought the defence looked a lot better today Roberts only had one save to make of note. Not sure it it was Kitching being out or the fact our Midfield and strikers played a lot better - finishing aside, I thought Shepherd did OK
