    Only 7 points clear with 9 to play though so not conclusive enough for me(although I would expect them to go up)
    I’m sure they would want to try but just can’t see a court siding with them. IMO they would have to prove the league was either negligent or biased, which I just can’t see winning.
    If they were guaranteed then I would agree.
