    Yes, dont get your point, what I am saying is, every time we sign a player, he does not need weeks on the training ground before he plays, they are proffesionals & can step straight in, therefore, I dont get this panic, as the squad will be completed as an when.

    What Hecky is saying is that the players he has now are getting there but they are still not functioning exactly as a team should be.
    But hopefully they will be by time of the Bristol match.
    Additional to this - Hecky needs at least another 4 players - so what chance is there now for those players to integrate into the team?
    IMO it dosent bode well for the start of the season.
    I'm not the only one thinking on these lines.
    Let's hope I'm wrong.

    It's easier to integrate players into a full team that already know a system. If the current lot have grasp what they are being told by Bristol then bringing in a few extra players won't be a problem. It's what happens all the time. The important thing was to get the bulk in quite early like we have done.
