I honestly don't see the appeal. I work with a Rotherham fan, and he said he would have Millmoor back in a heartbeat. That being said, my only experience of the New York is in a pre-season game, so I'll reserve judgement until I manage to go to a league game there.
Genuinely don't see any need to build a new stadium elsewhere. We have $hit loads of space, and there's one stand that needs rebuilding. The others are perfectly fine. Plenty of changes that need to be made, but all relatively cosmetic. With the amount of space around the ground, we could do whatever we wanted with it. I'd personally have to be massively convinced, to support a relocation. Zero chance on a ground share.
That’s probably where our home games might be anyway if things continue. Not sure where we suddenly get the money from anyway to build a new stadium regardless.
Isn't there another covenant on the ground that says there must be a line of sight which is why we can't fill the corners in?
