    I definitely agree that it should be someone with whom Conor already has a decent rapport from previous experience as player, or coach. It also would benefit the club if it were to be someone with good contacts currently in the game at a higher level. This is what happened with Duff, who used his Burnley links to get us Bobby Thomas and his tactical knowledge of League One to bring in Nicky Cadden, just for two examples. Terry seems to have been out of EFL coaching for some time now and I do wonder why that might be. If Conor can work well with him as a team, it won't matter. This is the sort of name we should be looking at. A lot of our greatest success has been in bringing in managers and coaches from higher levels of the game. It has historically enabled us to raise our game as well. There may be others who Conor knows well enough to approach, but it would just be guessing. Good suggestion. Right sort of move. Really important that it is Conor who makes the decision.
