    It wouldn't be appropriate to tell a third party the name of the concerned child for the purposes of reporting it.

    She hasn't told us any further details beyond what I have said on here. She didn't even tell us the girls name as she said she didn't think she should say. Appreciate the point you are making.

    I know mate, I wasn't suggesting you or the lady had done anything wrong. Was explaining to other poster how it wouldn't be appropriate for a third party to report that was all :)
