People either just don’t care or are fooled by the hype, it’s soul destroying for those of us with souls.
Gove getting divorced, trying to get ahead of any potential scandal. Also turns out independent head of Greensil enquiry was a Tory member. Remember blue passports people!
They're not all the same. The Tories are a bunch of horrible **** ******** whereas labour are just nothing at all.
Labour have some cracking young MPs, and they have some right garbage. I don't agree with the parachute ready made union sponsored types (I'm a trade unionists). The Tory have some good constituency MP's(I know that won't be a popular comment), but they'll stick to the party line no matter what. Like in the US at the minute you've got Republican's basically selling their souls at the alter of Trump. Big question is will these Tories wake up and think about the long term damage it will do to the country and party. Or will they still act in self preservation?
He's left her for a MALE aide. Glad he's finally had the courage to come out. Although I suspect he may not have got as far in the party if he had done when he was younger. He is a divisive figure but needs to feel content as a person. The Conservative party seems to be doing a bit of spring cleaning at the moment, I expect a few more changes of personnel in government over the summer.
He was Amber Rudd's lover for many years (maybe still is), after her divorce from AA Gill. He went to Eton too.
Been an open rumour for months that he has been getting some action where he shouldn't... Suggestion was that Johnson was trolling him and Vine when he made him in charge of saving the Union...
I remember many years ago in Maidenhead in the early 90s talking to a journalist over the bar one evening....to say he was fuming was an understatement let alone how he was shaking which I put down to anger at the time.... ...apparently he' had been working on a story for numerous months and earlier that day he was already to go to print with it ....the article in question was about the sister inlaw of Michael Heseltine..secretary of the environment at the time in Thatchers government...who had been picked up by the police twice in one month for shoplifting plus numerous other offences previously... On all occasions the police had had a call from someone high up in the ministry saying it wasn't in the government's or countries favor for the matter to have any embarrassing situations made public.and therefore to release her before any paper work could be filed.....he said his source was absolutely spot on (his son inlaw )was the desk Sergeant on duty at the station she had been taken to and that he had a string of evidence against not only her but the people who were and had previously covered it up He said .he was in a state of shock about the events that had taken place that day..... he had taken it to his editor who had been happy to run with the story in the first place ....only to be told later that the editor had taken a call from not only the owner of the paper but also a senior member of cabinet who had told him not only not to run it but to be aware that consequences of a personal nature would take place against not only the editor but the journalist too ...if the article/story ever saw the light of day .... The journalist in question continued ...at the time I took it that someone somewhere was just flexing their muscles in Whitehall until I came out of work and was met by 2 blokes who had said to him this is how easy it is to find you....amongst other things...it had totally freaked him out....
Rumours about Goves sexuality, relationship with a SPAD or SPAD's, other minister's and employing folk he's been in relationships with. No wonder Mrs Vine who generally attacks everyone on their martial issues, now wants privacy. Amazing how human rights only count when she wants them to.
