Bless George. Basically, I reckon his idea of being a 'good footballing side' is one that's built around him. One where he gets to wander about where likes with people giving him the ball in situations which can make him and his showpony traits look special. He's absolutely right he didn't fit into Stendel's system because that involved him being asked to track back, close down and put tackles in, regardless of what position he was on the park, rather than letting others do that for him whilst he concentrates on being a 'number 10'.
