    Suffered myself for a most of my adult life.

    I wish I had words of wisdom that could help you but I don't, all I can urge is that you carry on and don't give in to any urge to make permanent 'solutions'.

    Slowly getting there.

    Got a new job and start tomorrow.

    Registered with a psychologist counsellor and just awaiting a date for my first face to face appointment.

    The job i mentioned wasn't anything like they described it would be so I made the decision to leave after less than a week due to false promises and numerous health and safety concerns.

    I will be starting a new job tomorrow in Leeds that offers so much more in terms of work/life balance and whilst not the highest paid I know i will be happy there and it wont affect my home life.
