of course the guy should be sacked (if he has indeed been appointed) due his controversial views on race - pregnancies - eugenics etc. But the fact remains that the OP has given this guy and his abhorrent views a lot of publicity. The OP should have objected to this guy without going into detail about what he said.
RH - It's a complex question you ask - Is it o.k. to quote a racist message (which is what the OP has done) whilst the whole purpose of doing that is to say that racist messages/comments are wrong?
I can't tell if you're trying to make some incredibly clever satirical point which is way above my head, because on face value your posts are some of the daftest I've read on here, which is saying something.
What's the alternative? The press report "Andrew Sabisky is a nasty tw*t, but we can't tell you why?"
Yes in that context. No point being mealy mouthed about it. Having the views expressed on eugenics is a different scale to calling someone a racist name.
He's a disgrace and should be sacked from whatever position he holds - there is no place for it in government or indeed society. But at least I'm no hypocrite or apologist like some on here who were more than happy to turn a blind eye or ear when the disgusting views came from another source.
you posted a racist message on here not me! (and as usual when the argument is being lost personal insults are posted...….)
I don't see how I'm losing the argument at all, and I didn't insult you, I just said I think what you have posted is daft beyond belief. Because to me it is. I don't even know where to start with me "posting a racist message." Have you complained to the BBC about their racism?
the dead cat analogy has been used. Red-Taff appears at base level to be trying to blame someone who shared the post to raise a discussion point whilst failing to discuss the real elephant in the room another poster mentioned apologists. There’s plenty when it suits.
I'm struggling with that one. Surely if you want to highlight a problem, you need to give some information? Hence the link in the OP. Am I missing something?
Right, that’s it. I’m throwing my A Level History books in the bin. What with them spouting information, detailing the holocaust and the Nazis and stuff then it’s a step too far. We should not have an adult conversation about anything in case it looks like we’re highlighting racism and anti Semitism to morons. I don’t think Morons can handle this information without a complete malfunction of rational thought. We should all automatically know how to condemn something without detail. Judges for instance can cut out days and weeks off of court cases for crimes now because detail just isn’t necessary.
