    I suspect they opted for Watters given he's the most experienced at this level.

    Clearly a yard or so off it today but that will improve with game time.

    Imho....it was hard for me to judge the performance against a shocking defence like Vale's.
    I also think we have played much better and not scored anywhere near as many.
    That said 2nd half we hit em cold early doors and then they had no way of stopping our finishing and deliveries.
    On a personal note, I liked the look of Kasper at cb and Styles and Kane ran the middle of the park....its really weird I'm made up with this but not elated!!
    God knows why...it must be me!...2nd half we were great ...7...0....7...bloody nil, loving it.
    I think there's a lot more to come when we get bedded in but we will face stiffer opponents than today.

    What a game! Bet Collins couldn't have even dreamed that as a managerial start ! We managed to sing every chant in our promotion winning seasons plus some all in our first game! Our crossing was superb, love the look of Roberts who looked very unflappable.
    And even the rain held off! One happy Helen!

    Nor me! There can’t have been many bigger, I think we won 8-1 once and obviously the two 9-0s but they were a LONG time ago

    Before SuperTyke says something, I did NOT see the 9-0 victory over Loughborough in the 19th Century, nor the 9-0 victory at Accrington in the 1930's!

    Yep completely forgot about that one. Remember trying to find a pub in Bodmin that was showing the 2nd half. Luck wasn’t in that night for me, although I think the place that would become my local may have had it on or changed channel for me if I’d asked that night.

    Some of the abuse handed out to club employees and directors on Twitter recently is nowhere near as funny as this. If you are the type to slag everyone off on twitter I’ve no sympathy if you get butt hurt when the club twitter mocks your bellyaching.
