    That's not the impression I got. Ivan Gaskell who was reporting for Final Score said that Barnsley played with spirit and were hard done by. We certainly had our fair share of chances. Let's not allow our judgement to be clouded because of comparisons with last season and how we feel about the owners.

    We only had enough cash to pay off one useless coach in Schopp. No way will we be paying out twice in a season. We’re stuck with him I’m afraid.
    I only hope there’s an agreement in his contract that he leaves when we’re relegated.

    I’m hoping if he doesn’t change tactics / formation , that he decides he’s had enough and walks out of job . But not many managers resign nowadays without a payoff

    We seemed like we started to play once we were 2-0 down & the game was as good as lost. Brum were in terrible form & if we were to have any chance of staying up we needed to beat them. Sadly, while we created chances we failed in our objective. One bright point is that Vic could do a job for us in L1 next season if he keeps playing like that.

    In normal times for an afternoon match a few short hours away we'd be taking a thousand, not nearer half that. Shows how bad our season has been.
