Are you aware of the recordings and photos?

 

The *incomplete* recording. There is (a lot) more to it that isn't in the public domain but has been seen/heard by the police/CPS and the club and apparently exonerate him - or at least put sufficient doubt into the minds of those investigating to not pursue it further.

 

If there is material that exonerates him he may as well release it.

Presumably the "further material" referred to in the statements is a statement from her offering an alternative explanation for the recording and photos. We will never know the validity of that but the point remains that she wished for him to be prosecuted, he broke his bail conditions to meet her, they had sex resulting in a pregnancy and subsequently she asked for the investigation to be dropped.

I think one thing everyone can agree on is that any conditions attached to bail regarding contact with alleged victims need to be much more strongly enforced as there appears to have been absolutely no consequence.

I was replying saying IF she had lied (which actually I don’t), it doesn’t automatically follow he would have left her and gave an example of why that may not be true.
