Completely agree about Watkins, been convinced for a while that we're a much better side with him up front.

As for Payne, I'm not sure what others have seen in him. He's a distant 5th choice striker for me & will only get a look in if we have more than 1 striker out injured

Agree with that unless he has been struggling with a knock, as mentioned.

Watkins problem is that his past scoring record is poor compared to Winnall Bradshaw and Armstrong....and to win games you must score.

Reading heckys comments he thought Winnnall and Armstrong played well together yesterday , think we look better with Watkins up front at moment though . He never gives a defender a minute and links our play up better

But our record this season is far better with Watkins on the pitch and upfront compared to him on the bench. Also fletcher didn't score a lot last season but we still played him upfront

I don't disagree but Fletcher for summat like 9 in 18 starts Marley is a mile away from those sort of stats.

He'd pushed infront of Bradshaw before he got injured.

Watkins and Bradshaw upfront for me. Give them a few games rather than changing it every week. Personally think they'd be our best pairing.

Marley will score given the chance, but assists are his game, top of this years championship assist table so far, and near the top of league 1 ,till he broke his jaw, still finished 17th in last years assists ,despite missing chunk of games ,love Marley ,he runs his blood to water for the reds

1 point in 12. Only ones who don't see Winnall and Watkins up front are picking the team
