How? All he did was clip someone’s ankles that’s a yellow card offends definitely but nobody in the game would get sent off for that.

Coventry still doing well despite losing 3/4 key players.

i think it was Mowatt with the slide tackle from the side who should have walked after Thomas had tripped him (yellow card for me)

Nope dont rate thomas at all. Its the typical oakwell praise of "he ran about abit" so must have played well. He ran about abit and put a few crosses in thats his job. Just because wilks doesn't do his job dunt make Thomas any good!

but like you say, he’s better than Wilks, in the land of the blind the one eyed man is king.

As much as some people don't rate some players, there are little bits during games that will give these lads an extra bit of confidence.

Wilkes shot in the first half was tipped round the post. If that goes in it could just take a bit of pressure off him and make things start to happen.

Likewise some of Thomas appearances have been promising, some not so.

We shouldn't write individuals off completely, or secretly hope they fail because it suits us to say 'I told you so'

They're all we've got until January at least. We really should be hoping they prove themselves at this level.
