Loving the turn the strategy has taken

Agree ... It's a bit of a double bonus for them. They know we have a model and are a selling club so the scenarios for them are

1. They struggle to make the grade ... but they're on a long contract so good news there.
2. They develop and become sought after further up the tree ... we're happy to sell and won't hold them back ... so good news there.

The model we use is not only good for the club, it's good for the players. While I don't particularly like losing players like CH and Lindsay[?] it does help sell the club to prospective players.
