If you ever see a bloke walking round in a Hayselden BFC shirt, that'll almost certainly be my dad. Don't think there are any other Reds fans in Sleaford, and certainly not any who wear replica shirts from the 90's!
I lived there from 2009 to 2015 and if I wanted a charity shop then that was ideal. When Tesco tried to invest in the old maltings site they were knocked back, which was a shame as it would have put loads of money into the local economy. I see that the council have agreed to another attempt by Tesco’s to invest in the area, so maybe that will improve the situation: however, the traffic issue in the centre of town needs a review as it’s an absolute nightmare and a new development on the outskirts of town would only add to issues
But, of the triumvarite that is Sleaford, Boston and Spalding..........Sleaford is the jewel in a fairly battered crown. Anyway, Lincoln's nice.
If you like proper ales best is straight and narrow at bottom of steep hill. Has a HUGE menu of proper ales. Usually loads on tap and shed loads of cans and bottles you can order too. I went uni in Lincoln so could suggest loads of good cheap boozers but best for proper ales in straight and narrow
